In 2024: DKK 432M revenue (2.4× growth over 5 years), DKK 63M net profit, 14.6% profit margin. Cross-border payments account for 96% of revenue. Zero AML/CTF non-compliance findings for 3 consecutive years.
New product launches include digital currency partner solutions, Virtual IBANs, major technology stack migration, and the first B2C company product - eWallet.
My Role & Responsibilities
Reduced partner API integration time and lowered support load via self-serve developer portal.
Delivered a seamless cryptocurrency integration serving current and new markets. Contributed to a well-structured staff tool by clarifying major tech migration dependencies and aligning five dev teams with senior stakeholders. Supported product launches contributing to 2.4× revenue growth.
Maintained design delivery across 5 parallel product squads with an aligned roadmap and design system.
EntirePay: new B2C product from concept to first paying customer in Germany within 4 months.
